Our products are services and efforts provided to their requesters and depend on prior request. Therefore, there are no tangible products that are subject to replacement and return, but cancellation of the request is accepted as shown below:
Cancellation of requests is accepted in the event that implementation has not been started and the cancellation request must be submitted before that through the communication channels on the site or through the communication numbers or through the cancellation feature that appears before transferring the status of the request to ( The request is being implemented ).
- Transferring the status of the request to ( the request is being executed ) means starting to work on the request and completing part of it or completing the whole request.
- You cannot cancel any application that has been started, whether the completion or part of it is completed, and the basket platform expert is committed to completing the work and delivering it within the agreed period.
- Upon receipt of the cancellation request and its acceptance by us, we will refund the order price only by bank transfer to an account bearing the same name of the customer within a period of 7 working days.
- Please note that the amount will be returned minus the fees for electronic payments 2.5% of the order value + 1 Saudi riyal.
